Registering an OCS8 account is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Go to the Register, fill in your full name, email address, Malaysian phone number and choose a strong password. Then select your welcome bonus and click "Create Account". You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes — click the link in the email to fully activate your OCS8 account. The minimum age requirement is 21 years old.

Note: Make sure the information you enter is accurate and matches your Malaysian Identity Card, as identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

The minimum age requirement to register and use the OCS8 platform is 21 years old. OCS8 takes the protection of minors seriously and conducts age verification for every new registration. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed and the balance returned to the rightful owner. This is part of OCS8's commitment to Responsible Gaming.

No. OCS8 only allows one account per individual. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of ocs8's Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed without notice, with any bonuses or winnings obtained through additional accounts forfeited. Log in to your OCS8 account and go to Account Settings > Security > Change Password. Enter your current password, then type your new password twice to confirm. The new password takes effect immediately. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password?" on the Log In and we'll send a password reset link to your email.

Certain details such as your full name and date of birth cannot be changed on your own as they are tied to identity verification. To update your phone number or email address, go to Account Settings > Profile. Email address changes require verification via your current registered email. To update your name or date of birth, contact OCS8 customer support with a valid identity document.

Your OCS8 account will be temporarily locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts. The lock is lifted automatically after 30 minutes. You can also contact OCS8 customer support via 24/7 live chat to have your account unlocked sooner. If your account has been locked for other reasons, such as suspicious activity, our team will reach out to you via your registered email.

To permanently close your OCS8 account, contact customer support via live chat or email at support@ocs8.bet. Make sure you have withdrawn all remaining balance before submitting your closure request. If you are closing your account due to gambling-related concerns, we encourage you to use the Self-Exclusion available in your account panel — this provides more comprehensive protection.

Deposit & Payment

Deposit methods, minimum limits, processing times, and payment issues

OCS8 accepts all major Malaysian payment methods, including: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow and FPX Internet Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, Bank Islam, and more). All payment methods are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system. Funds are typically credited to your OCS8 account within 1–5 minutes of a successful payment.

The minimum deposit amount at OCS8 is RM 20 for all payment methods. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, however deposits exceeding RM 10,000 may require additional verification in accordance with OCS8's compliance procedures. If you have set a deposit limit in the Responsible Gaming, that limit will be enforced and any deposit exceeding your limit will be automatically declined.

The majority of OCS8 deposits are credited instantly or within 1–5 minutes. Deposits via eWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are generally faster than FPX Internet Banking. In rare cases, FPX deposits may take up to 30 minutes due to bank verification processes. If funds have not been credited after 30 minutes, contact OCS8 support with proof of payment (a screenshot of your receipt) for manual processing.

Don't worry. This is rare but easy to resolve. First, check your transaction history in your OCS8 account. If the deposit still doesn't appear after 30 minutes, contact OCS8 customer support via 24/7 live chat and include: (1) a screenshot of the payment receipt from your eWallet, (2) the transaction reference number, (3) the payment amount and time. Our team will investigate and confirm the credit within 2 business hours.

OCS8 does not charge any fees for deposits. Deposits are completely free of charge on OCS8's end. However, some payment providers (such as banks or eWallets) may apply their own small fees depending on your service plan or package. Please check your payment provider's terms for details on any charges on their end.

Yes! OCS8 provides daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit controls as part of our commitment to responsible gambling. Go to Account Settings > Responsible Gaming > Deposit Limit to set your preferred limits. Deposit limits can be reduced immediately, but require a 24-hour cooling-off period to increase. Withdrawals

Withdrawal process, processing times, limits, and verification requirements

OCS8 processes withdrawals within under 5 minutes for the majority of requests via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. Withdrawals via FPX or direct bank transfer may take 30 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests requiring additional review (typically for amounts exceeding RM 5,000 or accounts not yet fully verified) may take up to 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount at ocs8 is RM 30. The maximum withdrawal limit per day is RM 30,000 for fully verified accounts. For accounts that have not completed the KYC (identity verification) process, the daily limit is RM 3,000. If you need to make a withdrawal exceeding the daily limit, contact OCS8 support to arrange a special exception.

The most common reasons an OCS8 withdrawal is delayed or rejected: (1) Bonus wagering requirement not yet met — bonus funds have a wagering requirement that must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. (2) KYC verification incomplete — identity documents may be required. (3) Suspicious activity detected — this is a standard security measure. (4) Bank account details are incomplete or do not match. Contact OCS8 support for specific information regarding your case.

For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM 3,000, OCS8 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Documents typically required: a copy of your MyKad (front and back) and proof of payment method (screenshot of eWallet or bank statement). The KYC review process is typically completed within 24 hours. Once verified, all subsequent withdrawals will be processed more quickly.

OCS8 bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a RM 200 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of RM 6,000 in bets (this refers to total bet turnover, not total losses) before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Your own deposited funds (excluding bonus funds) can be withdrawn at any time with no additional conditions.

The wagering requirement is the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Example: If you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you need to place total bets amounting to RM 3,000 on eligible games. This does not mean you have to LOSE RM 3,000 — it refers to total wager volume. All EPL football Sports Betting, badminton, Live Casino and OCS8 slots wagers count towards meeting the requirement, with the exception of a few excluded games.

OCS8 weekly cashback is automatically credited to your account every Monday based on the previous week's betting activity. Cashback rates vary by game category and your membership status. To see the cashback you're eligible for, log in and go to Promotions > Weekly Cashback. No manual claim is required — cashback is credited directly to your OCS8 account balance.

It depends on the bonus type. OCS8's general welcome bonus can be used for Sports Betting (EPL football, Malaysia Super League, badminton, cricket), Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slots and e-sports. Some promotional bonuses are restricted to specific categories only. Check each promotion's details page to see which games are eligible. Sport-specific bonuses can only be used for Sports Betting.

Most ocs8 bonuses come with a validity period 14 days from the date credited, with certain exceptions: free spin bonuses expire in 7 days, weekly cashback must be used within 7 days, and special promotional bonuses may have different validity periods. Yes. If you'd rather not accept a bonus due to its wagering requirements, you can request a bonus cancellation through OCS8 customer support before placing any bets using that bonus funds. Once you begin wagering with bonus funds, the cancellation can no longer be reversed. A successful bonus cancellation will remove the bonus funds from your account, but your own deposited funds will not be affected.

Yes! OCS8 offers Live Betting (in-play/live betting) that lets you place bets while a match is in progress. Odds are updated in real time every few seconds. If a match is cancelled entirely before it begins, OCS8 will void all related bets and issue a full refund of the stake to your account. If a match is suspended and resumes within 24 hours, bets will generally remain valid. If the suspension exceeds 24 hours or the match is played at a different venue, bets will be declared void and stakes refunded. OCS8 displays odds in Decimal format (the most popular format in Malaysia). Example: If the odds for Man City to win are 1.85 and you bet RM 100, your return will be RM 100 × 1.85 = RM 185 (including your original stake of RM 100, with a net profit of RM 85). The minimum bet limit for most OCS8 Sports Betting markets is RM 2 and maximum limits vary by sport and market. For major EPL matches, the maximum limit can reach RM 50,000 for major markets such as match winners. Side markets and minor sport events may have lower limits. Limits are subject to change based on market conditions and your account status.
